Shipping policy

The typical lead time for most of our products is one to several business days. However, lead times will vary depending on the time and date of order. You can also speak with one of our sales associates for the most up-to-date lead times for products via our Contact page.

USA Domestic Shipments

If you are located in the USA, estimated delivery times via UPS Ground typically range from one to several business days depending on your location. For example, if you are located in Northern California, it will take about four business days for your package to arrive if shipped via UPS Ground. Alternative shipping options include: UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

International Shipments

We ship our products domestically and internationally. For international shipments, delivery time is dependent on your location and shipping method. Generally, the delivery lead times are as follows:

  • UPS Expedited: 3 – 5 business days
  • UPS Express Saver: 2 – 3 business days
  • UPS Express: 2 – 3 business days
