Aiding Other Renewable Resources
Another application for our fuel cell and electrolyzer components is to support other renewable energy sources. By utilizing MEAs, CCMs, and GDEs with enhanced catalysts and membranes, energy conversion efficiency is improved, allowing surplus solar and wind power to be stored as hydrogen through PEM electrolyzers, then consumed by a fuel cell stack to regenerate power. This advancement helps stabilize renewable energy supply, making clean power more reliable and accessible as we work towards having a more sustainable energy footprint.
