What we manufacture
Custom XT Ion Membranes
Fuel Cells Etc supports in-house, USA-based membrane manufacturing for custom electrochemical applications. We can develop and produce custom membranes to meet your specifications, including tailored thickness, chemistry, sheet size, and die-cut geometry, with reinforced or self-supporting constructions as appropriate for your design and operating conditions.
Custom XT catalysts
Our in-house XT catalyst manufacturing capabilities include precious-metal electrocatalysts in the IrRuOx, IrOx, and RuOx classes, along with custom catalyst formulations and metal loadings. We can work from your target composition and performance requirements to make custom catalysts for customer specifications and R&D programs.
Need a fully custom membrane, catalyst, or membrane/catalyst combination? Our technical team can collaborate from early R&D through production, with a 5 gram minimum for custom catalyst orders, so you can order what your project requires.
